Every woman is unique, as is her skin, but there are generally six skin types, each requiring specific care and products. It’s important to note that skin type can change over time, influenced by various factors such as hormones, environment, climate, age and diet.
1.Normal Skin
Normal skin is balanced, naturally hydrated and has an even texture with barely visible pores. It does not suffer from tightness or shine. Its smooth, blemish-free texture makes it ideal for normal skin. To maintain normal skin, gentle cleansing and regular moisturising are all you need, along with good oxygenation.
Our recommendation:
2.Dry skin
Dry skin is characterised by a fine texture and feelings of tightness due to a lack of water, lipids, or both. It can peel and crack, and is particularly sensitive to the cold, often prone to itching and eczema. This type of skin requires moisturising and nourishing skincare to soothe discomfort and restore elasticity.
Our recommendation:
Extra nourishing cream
Nourishing cream
Protective cream, SPF 30
Nourishing chocolate cream
3.Oily Skin
Oily skin is characterised by excess sebum, produced by the sebaceous glands. This type of skin is thicker and less vulnerable to external aggressions, but it does encourage the appearance of problems such as acne, blackheads, cysts and comedones. Regular cleansing and specific products to regulate sebum are essential to maintain the balance of this skin.
Our recommendation:
Normalizing cream
4.Combination skin
Combination skin combines the characteristics of normal or dry skin in certain areas, with a tendency to become oily in the T-zone (forehead, nose, chin). For optimum skin care, it is advisable to use an appropriate cream for dry areas and a specific treatment for oilier areas, to avoid aggravating the dryness.
Our recommendation:
For a glowing skin
kit value
Face scrub
5.Sensitive skin
Sensitive skin is reactive and fragile, prone to redness, tingling and tightness. Various factors, such as UV rays, pollution, stress, an unbalanced diet, smoking and alcohol, can cause this. It’s crucial to choose gentle, hypoallergenic cosmetic products specially designed for sensitive skin, and to remove make-up with ultra-gentle skin care products.
Our recommendation:
Extra nourishing cream
Nourishing cream
Protective cream, SPF 30
Nourishing chocolate cream
6.Mature skin
With age, cell renewal slows down and the skin becomes thinner, gradually losing its elasticity. This type of skin is more fragile, showing signs of ageing such as fine lines and wrinkles. Creams enriched with vitamin A, or retinol, are recommended to stimulate collagen production and improve skin elasticity, thereby reducing the visible signs of ageing.
Our recommendation:
Anti-aging cream for mature skin
